Organizers handle refunds, prices and eligibility; Uplifter Support handles errors, sign-in and the platform.
- Uplifter Support can't issue refunds or change an organizer's prices, policies or deadlines.
- If you no longer have access to the email on your profile, only Uplifter Support can move your account to a new address.
- Never create a second account to get around a sign-in problem. It starts empty, and your memberships stay on the old one.
Organizers handle refunds, prices and eligibility; Uplifter Support handles errors, sign-in and the platform. Uplifter provides the platform, and your club, association or event organizer owns the event, its prices and policies, and your registration.
When to ask your organizer
- A refund, a transfer or a deferral — the organizer's policy decides, and only they can issue a refund.
- A price, a deadline, a category or whether you're eligible — the organizer sets all of these.
- A coupon code's rules — the organizer created the code.
- Merging duplicate profiles or moving a family member to your account — your organization's administrator does this.
The organizer's contact details are on the registration page.
When to contact Uplifter Support
- A red error banner, a page that won't load, or a payment charged with no order — include a screenshot of the banner, the email address on your account and the name of the event or membership.
- A password reset email that never arrives — check your spam folder and any other email address you may have used first.
- An email address you can no longer open — include your name, date of birth, and your old and new email addresses.
