The tasks you can do yourself in My Pages, each with a link to its guide, and who to ask for the rest.
Must know
- Can't sign in? Reset your password and never create a second account. A new account starts empty, and you'll be asked to buy memberships you already hold.
- Refunds, transfers and deferrals belong to the organizer. Uplifter Support can't issue them on the organizer's behalf.
- You may see fewer menu items than this page mentions. Your organization decides which features are switched on.
The tasks you can do yourself in My Pages, each with a link to its guide, and who to ask for the rest. My Pages opens when you sign in to your sport's Uplifter platform.
Managing your account and profiles
- Change your password, email, address or phone — use Reset password on the sign-in page, or User Account Settings once you're in.
- Correct a name, date of birth or nationality — from Account Details on the profile.
- Update emergency contacts and medical information — under Attributes & Records, editable until your organization's lock-down date.
- Check a background check — its status and result are listed on your profile.
- Bring duplicate or family accounts together — ask your organization's administrator, with the name, date of birth and both email addresses.
Registering and managing memberships
- Register for an event — find the event and complete its registration form.
- Register a family member — select their existing profile rather than creating a new one.
- Change what you entered when registering — some answers only the organizer can change.
- View memberships, cards and signed waivers — open Memberships and turn on Action required to see anything waiting on you.
- Sign an incomplete waiver — the membership shows Pending Requirements until it's signed.
- Manage a team, group or family registration — under Event Teams.
Paying and finding receipts
- Find a receipt or an order — every purchase is under Transaction History.
- Fix a failed payment — update the card on your account, then let the next attempt run.
- Ask for a refund — only the organizer can issue one.
- Transfer a registration or defer it to next season — the organizer decides whether it's allowed.
- A coupon code isn't working — check it's for what's in your cart, hasn't expired and is typed exactly, since codes are case-sensitive. The organizer can confirm its rules.
Anything that isn't yours to do goes to your club or event organizer, whose contact details are on the registration page. Errors on screen and sign-in problems go to Uplifter Support: see who to contact.
