Change your password, email or address from User Account Settings, and know when only Uplifter Support can make the change.
- Never create a second account when you can't sign in. Your memberships and registrations live on the account you already have, and a new one starts empty.
- An email change applies going forward only. Memberships and registrations you already hold keep the address they were bought with.
- You can't switch to an email that is already the primary email on another Uplifter account.
- If you no longer have access to the email on your profile, only Uplifter Support can move your account to a new one.
Change your password, email or address from User Account Settings, and know when only Uplifter Support can make the change. Sign in to your sport's Uplifter platform and open My Profile → User Account Settings.

Open My Profile → User Account Settings → Change password, then I can't remember my actual password to get the same email. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder before you ask for help.
Changing your email address
Edit the address on your Profile. The new address is used from now on; anything you already bought keeps the old one. If the address you want is blocked because another account already uses it as its primary email, ask your provincial or national organization's administrator. From their dashboard, under Profile Details, they can:
- Change the email and choose whether to update your past memberships and registrations with their organization as well.
- Merge the two profiles instead, if they have the right permission and can see both profiles.
Updating your address or phone
Under User Account Settings select Edit address, change the address or phone number and select Save. If the old address is attached to past purchases, a pop-up asks which of them to update: one by one, all of them, every address of one type (communication, shipping or billing), every purchase of one type (membership, registration or product), or everything for one person. Each profile on your account has its own address, so repeat this for a family member if theirs changed too.
When to contact Support
Uplifter Support can make any of these changes, including the two nobody else can: you no longer have access to the email on your profile, so reset links never reach you, or your new address is blocked and no administrator can merge the profiles. Submit a request with your name, date of birth, and both your old and new email addresses.
None of these changes touches the memberships or registrations you already hold. They stay on your account, under whichever profile bought them, and you'll see them under Memberships the next time you sign in.
