Change the answers you gave to an organizer's questions on a registration or membership from My Pages, until the organizer's lock-down date.
- You can change your answers until the lock-down date the organizer or association set. After it, only they can change an answer for you.
- Answers are kept on each registration or membership. On a family account, choose the person’s profile first.
- Your name, date of birth and gender aren’t survey answers. Change them in your account details instead: see Change your name, gender, date of birth or nationality.
Change what you answered to an organizer’s questions, such as an emergency contact or a T-shirt size, from the registration or membership in My Pages.
For an event or club registration

Open your registrations
Sign in and open Event Registrations or Club Registrations in My Pages. On a phone, the menu is behind the button at the top left.

Open the registration
Choose the person if needed, then open the registration you want to change.

Edit the answers
Find the questions, select Edit, change your answers and save.
For a membership

Open your memberships
Open Memberships, Licences & Certifications in My Pages.

Choose the person if needed, then open the membership.

Edit the answers
Find the questions, select Edit, change your answers and save.
If there’s no Edit button, the lock-down date has passed or the question can’t be changed. Ask the organizer of the event or club, or your association for a membership. See Who to contact: your organizer or Uplifter Support.
