If you're registering a participant currently not available from your list of profiles, but who has an account on the system already, please follow the following steps:
1- Select 'register someone else'
2- Enter their profile information (first and last name, dob, gender, email uses to create their system account)
3- If the person does have an existing profile on the system, you'll see the following pop-up, you MUST select the existing profile
3- If the person does have an existing profile on the system, you'll see the following pop-up, you MUST select the existing profile
Note: if you're not using the proper profile and the event you're registering the person for requires a membership verification, you'll see a yellow message forcing you to add a new membership in your cart for that person. If you should not purchase a membership for that person, please contact our support team for assistance including their name and email.
