Upload the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) Athletics certification report to AthleticsReg as a CSV file, so coaches' NCCP certifications are brought into the platform. An import summary arrives by email.
- This is for admins who manage coaches’ certifications on AthleticsReg. The import brings in National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) data from the Insights report for athletics.
- The file must be a CSV (comma-separated values) file. If your report is in another format, such as Excel, save it as CSV first.
- The import runs in the background. A success message confirms it started, and an import summary arrives by email a few minutes later.
- Screenshots may show an earlier version of the screens. The steps describe the current screens.
Import NCCP insight report data into AthleticsReg by uploading the NCCP Athletics certification report as a CSV file.

Save the report as CSV
Open the NCCP Insights report you want to import. If it isn’t a CSV file, save it as CSV.

Open your people list
On the Admin Dashboard, select Users → Profiles.

Start the import
Select Import Insight report.

Choose the report type
Select NCCP Athletics Certification Report.

Upload the file
Select your CSV file, then upload it. A green success message appears at the bottom of the screen.

Check the summary email
After a few minutes, you get an email that summarizes the import. Review it for any rows that weren’t imported.
If the summary shows errors you can’t fix, contact Uplifter Support with the summary email and your CSV file.
