What each FederationConnector code at club checkout means (FC-101 to FC-605), and what to do to finish registering.
- The check matches the participant’s first name, last name and date of birth, not the account holder’s.
- A second membership won’t clear any message, and it will need a refund.
- Your spot isn’t held while you leave to buy or renew. It’s reserved only once you reach the final cart.
When you register for a program on a club’s Uplifter Club 1.0 site, FederationConnector checks the participant’s association membership. A tooltip under the participant’s name lists the memberships the program accepts, in your association’s own naming. Check it before buying: only some of an association’s memberships cover a given program.
What each code means
Every message shows a code and a timestamp. The first digit tells you who acts: FC-1xx you, FC-3xx your association, FC-6xx Uplifter.
| Code | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| FC-101 | Membership expired. The participant’s association profile was found, but the required membership’s valid dates have passed. | Renew on your association’s page using the link in the message, and register again once the renewal is issued. |
| FC-102 | No matching profile. Nothing on the association’s records matched the exact first name, last name and date of birth on the club profile, or the application for the required membership hasn’t been started. | Fix the club profile with Edit participant, or the association record through your account with them. If there’s genuinely no membership, buy one. |
| FC-301 | Membership not approved. The profile and membership were found, but its status isn’t one the check accepts: in processing, incomplete, cancelled, refunded or suspended. Most often it was bought in the last day or two and isn’t issued yet; some associations accept a paid membership awaiting approval, others only an issued one. | Don’t buy again: you’d be charged twice. Check the status on your association’s site. If it’s new, wait for it to be issued and try again; if it’s cancelled, refunded or suspended, contact them. |
| FC-601 to FC-605 | The check couldn’t be completed. A configuration or connection issue on Uplifter’s side: FC-601 Missing data, FC-602 Connection not found, FC-603 Invalid member data, FC-604 Internal server error, FC-605 Internal error. Nothing is wrong with your profiles or your membership. | Contact Uplifter Support with the code and timestamp from the message. Don’t buy a membership; it won’t clear it. |
Why the details don’t match
- A nickname on one platform and a legal name on the other.
- A missing or extra hyphen or space in a surname.
- A two-part surname entered in a different order.
- A date of birth with the month and day swapped.
- A parent’s own details entered instead of the child’s, which is the most common of all.
What to send support
Contact Uplifter Support with the code and timestamp shown in the message, a screenshot of the whole message, the club site, the program or event name, and the membership named in the message.
Before your club’s registration opens, sign in to your association’s membership portal and check that each participant’s membership is issued and its valid dates cover the season.
