Sign the waivers or agreements still missing from your membership so it can leave Pending Requirements.
- A membership stays in Pending Requirements until every required waiver or agreement is signed, even though it’s already paid for.
- When you register another adult, the waiver is emailed to the address you enter, and that person signs it, not you.
- Nothing else is needed once you sign. The membership moves on by itself.
Sign the waivers or agreements your membership still needs, from the Memberships, Licences & Certifications menu in your account.

Open your memberships
Sign in to the registration site where you hold your membership. From your home page, open Memberships, Licences & Certifications. On a phone or tablet, the menu is behind the button at the top left.

Find what’s missing
A membership with something outstanding carries a red tag and an Action Needed button. On a family account, check each person’s memberships.

Open the list
Select Action Needed. A window lists every agreement that’s still missing a signature.

Sign it
Select complete this agreement beside each one and follow the signing steps. Repeat for any others in the list.
If you’re signing for someone else, or the signing email never arrived, ask your club or association to resend it. Associations can resend it to every member with a missing signature at once: they open Membership Organizations, filter on Pending Requirements and select Resend Missing Agreement Emails. Each member gets their own signing link, so check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it.
