For club admins on Club 1.0: turn on Memberships Required for a program so FederationConnector checks each participant at checkout.
- Checking more than one membership means any one of them, not all of them.
- If Memberships Required is empty, no check runs on that program.
- The checkboxes are the only part you control. Uplifter sets up the connection, which needs both your club and your association on Uplifter.
For club admins on Uplifter Club 1.0. Require an association membership on any of your club’s programs from its Advanced Settings tab. FederationConnector then checks each participant live at checkout.
-
Open the program
From your club’s admin dashboard, go to Programs and select Edit on the program you want to gate.
-
Find Memberships Required
Open the Advanced Settings tab. Memberships Required lists your association’s memberships in their own naming, the same names members see in the checkout tooltip. One checkbox can stand for several related memberships bundled together, as agreed with your association during onboarding.
-
Check the memberships
Check the ones your association requires for this program. If a Competitive and a Recreational membership both cover it, check both: a participant holding either passes.
-
Save
Select Save. The checkboxes stay in place season after season, and Uplifter updates the configuration behind them.
Which memberships belong on which program is your association’s decision. If the list on screen doesn’t match what they told you, ask them before changing anything. Adding, regrouping or renaming an option, or changing where a blocked member is sent, is an Uplifter configuration change: raise it through your account manager rather than working around it on the program.
