For association admins in the Enterprise Portal: read a blocked member’s status and valid dates, then tell them what clears the block.
- A membership can keep an Issued status after its valid dates pass. Some hold Issued indefinitely; others flip to Expired on the valid-to date.
- The check reads your live records. Nothing is copied or synchronized, so a correction works on the member’s next try.
- Pending Requirements never passes. Processing passes only if you chose to accept it when Uplifter first configured your connection.
For association admins in the Enterprise Portal. When an affiliated club on Uplifter Club 1.0 forwards a blocked registration, the answer is almost always on the member’s profile in your Membership Organization, and you can resolve it without Uplifter.
-
Get the whole message
Ask for a screenshot of the whole message the member saw, not just the last line. It names the membership the program requires and the participant it checked.
-
Open the participant’s profile
Find the participant in your Membership Organization. If there’s no profile at all, it’s a name or date-of-birth mismatch: compare your record with what was entered at the club.
-
Read the status
Note the membership status, such as Issued, Processing, Pending Requirements or Cancelled.
-
Read the valid dates
Scroll to Valid From and Valid To, which sit lower on the profile than the status. The dates decide whether the membership is current, not the label. If you read only the status, you’ll tell a blocked member everything looks fine.
-
Tell the member what clears it
Match what you found to FederationConnector statuses for association admins. If they’ve just paid you, say so in one sentence: their message looks like an expiry, and their instinct is to buy again.
If the member’s message says the check couldn’t be completed, that one is Uplifter’s. Ask them to email support@uplifterinc.com with a screenshot, the club site, the program name and the time, and not to buy a membership in response, because it won’t clear it.
