Store orders from an event or club dashboard, passed to your fulfilment partner's Shopify store to be shipped.

The connection runs one way: orders go to your fulfiller's Shopify store, and nothing comes back from Shopify.
Each product and option is matched to Shopify by its Foreign Id.
A push that fails is resent by Uplifter, which sets up and monitors the connection.
Available when Stores is active on your organization's account — ask your Uplifter account manager to add the Shopify connection.

Store orders from an event or club dashboard, passed to your fulfilment partner's Shopify store to be shipped. It runs on the Enterprise Portal, so team clothing and other merchandise can be sold alongside registration and delivered by the supplier you already use.

How it works

Your store sells items as usual, and a store can sell any kind of item, from team clothing to uniforms and other merchandise. When someone buys, the order is pushed to your fulfilment partner's Shopify store, and the partner ships it from there. The fulfilment partner supplies its own Shopify account and credentials, and Uplifter connects it to your store. You supply the product mapping: which store items match which Shopify products.

Linking products to Shopify

Products. Open Manage Store Item on the product and enter its Shopify product ID in the Foreign Id field. The ID is the number at the end of the product's Shopify address.
Options. Each purchase option, such as a size, takes the Shopify variant ID in its own Foreign Id field.
Names. Keep each product's name the same in your store and in Shopify.
Timing. Add the IDs while you create the products, or come back and add them once the store is built.

When an order doesn't arrive

If your fulfiller can't find an order, contact Uplifter support and the team will resend it. Nothing is lost when this happens: the order itself stays in your store.

Shipping charges and tax based on the delivery address are separate setup on the store itself, done by Uplifter, and aren't part of the Shopify connection.
