Give someone access to a single event or club dashboard, without access to the rest of your financial account.
Applies to Enterprise
- Access covers one event or club dashboard, and not its cloned copies.
- A process-specific admin sees no financial information and can’t issue refunds. They can add registration rules, such as a membership requirement, but can’t add, reuse, clone or edit agreements and waivers.
- An association or sanctioning body that sets registration rules on your dashboard needs at least this role. To add its own waivers, it needs to be an Administrator on your organization instead: see Add a financial controller or administrator.
- People with a role on the financial account are already listed under Financial Organization Permissions, so you don’t add them here.
Give someone access to a single dashboard, such as an event-day volunteer or a club coordinator, from that dashboard’s Permissions settings.
-
Open the dashboard’s permissions
Open the event or club dashboard, then select Configuration → Permissions. For an event, open Events → Events and select the gear icon or status button on its row first.
-
Add the admin
Under Process-Specific Permissions, select Add Process-Specific Admin. Fill in First Name, Last Name and Email; all three are required.
-
Let them know
Send notification email to newly added admin is ticked already; untick it if you’d rather tell them yourself. Select Add Administrator.
-
Check the list
They appear under Process-Specific Permissions with their name, email and role.
When you clone this dashboard, the copy starts without its process-specific admins. Add them again on the new dashboard.
