Verify your address through Amazon SES so replies reach you and your emails are less likely to land in spam.
- Until you verify an address, your emails come from the platform's default info@ address on your platform's web address.
- Open the verification email within 24 hours, or you'll need a new link.
- Only an owner, financial controller or administrator can change the send-as and reply-to address. A process-specific admin can't.
Uplifter sends your registration and notification emails through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) as a complimentary service. Verify your organization's address once from the reply-to editor, and it helps your emails land in the inbox rather than spam, with every Reply going straight to the address you chose.
-
Open the reply-to editor
Start from any email you configure, such as the registration confirmation email. Select Edit to open the reply-to email address editor.
-
Enter your address
Select Use another email / verify pending email, enter the address you want to use, then select Verify email. Use an inbox someone checks: it receives the verification email and your members' replies.
-
Open the verification email
Look for an email with the subject "Please verify your email address on" followed by your platform's name. Open it within 24 hours and select the verification link.
-
Check the result
When verification works, you land on a confirmation page and the address is ready to use in your dashboard.
- If it doesn't work, you're asked to start again and receive a new verification link.
If the verification email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder, then return to the editor and select Use another email / verify pending email to send a new link. Your emails keep going out from the default address in the meantime, so nothing stops sending while you sort it out.
