- Uplifter appears under a sport-specific name and web address. Sign in on your sport's platform, never on this help site.
- One login holds several people. A parent and their children share an account; memberships and registrations attach to each person's profile.
- The platforms are being renamed under the Uplifter name during 2026. Old bookmarks redirect, and logins, data and settings carry over.
- Administrators see only what their role on the organization's financial account allows: owner, administrator, financial controller or process-level admin.

Which platform is yours
Every platform below runs the same Enterprise Portal, so this knowledge base applies to all of them. Three already carry their Uplifter name; the others keep their address until their rename is announced.

What the platform runs
- Events and registration — competitions, camps and programs, with categories, fees, forms, waivers, waitlists and check-in.
- Clubs and seasons — club portals, seasonal program dashboards and the club's annual affiliation with its governing body.
- Memberships and sanctioning — provincial and national memberships issued to a person's profile and verified at registration, plus event sanctioning and club affiliation.
- Certifications — coach, official and athlete pathways, course records and attendance through the Certification Tracking System (CTS).
- Financials and reports — merchant accounts, orders, refunds, payment plans, GL codes and payouts, with downloadable reports and analytics.
Clubs and event organizers work mostly in the first two. Provincial and national organizations use all five.
