The tabs behind a single event, program or camp in the new admin interface, from first setup to submitting it for review and going live.
- You open an Event Dashboard from the Events menu, which is standard on every admin account. You see the events your admin permissions cover.
- Most settings apply to this event only, but a store or a reused agreement is shared. Editing it here changes it on every dashboard that uses it.
- Configuration runs required pages first, in order. Optional pages wait until you need them.
- You can switch between the new and old user experience from your user icon at the top of the screen, for now. The new one guides you through building your event and submitting it for approval.

What's new in the Event Dashboard
The Event Dashboard runs in the new admin interface, which is available now on every admin account.
The new user experience builds on it. It walks event organizers through building their event and submitting it for approval, so the event can go live sooner. To switch between the new and old user experience, select your user icon at the top of the screen and use the toggle. Switching back to the old experience is still available for a while.
What each tab is for
- Dashboard — the event at a glance once registrations start. A sanctioning application paired with the event shows here too, with its approval status. Clone event, at the top right, copies the whole event.
- Configuration — every setting for the event, one page at a time.
- Registration — everyone who has registered. Search, open an entry to edit or cancel it, change a category or export the list.
- Waitlist — the people waiting for a spot, with each person's rank and invitation status.
What Configuration covers
The basics. Overview, Date & Time, Registration Page and Listing categories set what the event is and how it appears publicly.
Who can enter, and what they answer. Registration Categories set what people can enter and what each costs, Registration Rules who can enter which category, and Information to Collect and Agreements to Sign the form and the waivers.
Money. Financials, GL Codes and Stores cover fees and currency, revenue accounts and the extra items sold alongside registration. On the Financials page you set taxes and processing fees yourself, and whether members pay the fee in the final cart or it's deducted from your payout and shows on the order.
Emails and extras. Email Notifications, Waitlist Settings, Progress Tracking, Google Pay, Apple Wallet and MailChimp Integration.
Control. Permissions (who can work on this event, and at what level), Security, Advanced Styling and Advanced Settings. Education Management appears only once Uplifter has switched on courses for your organization.

Submit for review and go live
When your event is built, submit it for review. Nothing is public until the event is approved and live.
The Go-Live Journey takes you from submission to a live event, and since April 2026 it includes signing the configuration agreement. For each step, see Submit my Event Dashboard for approval. If an event isn't showing to members, check its listing status and registration process status on the Event List first.
