Find, filter and act on every registration process you run, or start a new one.
- The Event List includes events that are approved, in draft or submitted as sanctioning applications.
- Search needs at least three characters of an event name or identifier.
- Your search, filters and sorting stay applied as you move between pages of results.
- Events is standard on every admin account. Any admin can create and run events here, whatever products your organization has.
Find, filter and act on every registration process you run, or start a new one. Open it from Events → Events in the left menu.
What's under Events
- Events — the Event List, described below.
- Series — events grouped under one series, such as a race circuit or a multi-week program.
- Sanctioning Applications — requests to sanction events, if your organization sanctions them.
- Rosters — lists of participants you can register in bulk.
- Individual Registrations and Group Registrations — registrations across all your events, rather than one event at a time.
Finding an event
The Event List is one table with a row per event: Event ID, name, organization, registration counts, registration process status and listing status. Select a column header to sort by it, or several headers to sort by more than one field.
Narrowing the list
Select Edit filters to filter the table. Each filter you apply appears under the search bar as a pill you can remove on its own; Clear filters removes them all.
- Organization — type three characters to search. Organizations that share a name show extra detail so you can pick the right one.
- Course types — a searchable list; pick as many as you need.
- Registration process status and Listing status — draft, active, closed, approved and the other statuses, in any combination.
- Date range — a start and end date.
Acting on an event
- Registration count — select it (when it's above zero) to open that event's registration list in a new tab.
- Gear icon or status button — opens the event's configuration in its Event Dashboard.
- Report icon — opens the event's reports.
- External link icon — opens the public event page in a new tab.
To start something new, select Create event at the top of the page to open the event creation wizard. Everything about one event after that — categories, forms, fees, emails — lives in its Event Dashboard, not in this list.
