Download the detailed results of a completed background check from My Profile, and share them if you need to.
Must know
- Results are there only once Sterling has completed the check.
- On a family account, choose the person before you look for the check.
- Once downloaded, the results are yours to share, for example with another organization.
Download the detailed results of a completed background check from the person’s profile.

Open your profile
Sign in, select your name (top right on a computer, top left on a tablet or phone) and select My Profile.

Choose the person
If there are several profiles on your account, choose the person from Manage Profile at the top right.

Download the results
Scroll to Background Checks and select the download icon beside the completed check.
No download icon? The check is still waiting on you: finish your consent with Sterling first, and the results appear here once Sterling has completed it.
