A 365-day membership lasts a year from the day it's bought, and members renew through the same process. Here's how its dashboard counts members and memberships, and where to track them over time.
Must know
- Each membership runs 365 days from its purchase date, not a calendar or season year. Members renew through the same registration process.
- Members and memberships are counted separately. A member is one person. One person can hold several memberships, at once or over time.
- Status follows the dates. Inside its valid-from and valid-to dates, a membership counts as Issued or Processing. Before them it’s valid in the future, and after them it’s expired.
- The original join date isn’t kept by default. The dates move with every renewal. To keep a member-since date, contact Uplifter Support about a first-issued-date attribute.
- Uplifter sets up the 365-day term, along with its expiry and renewal reminder emails.
