Give a lower price when someone registers for more than one category: a multi-registration discount for the same person or for a family, or a category combo that sells several categories as one package price.
- Both need Allow Multiple Registration turned on in the registration categories’ overall setup. Save once, and the discount and combo settings appear.
- Discounts don’t stack. If someone qualifies for more than one, only the largest applies.
- A multi-registration discount doesn’t cover categories you add later. Delete it and create a new one that includes them.
- A combo takes a spot in every category in it but charges its package price once. If the event has a maximum capacity, set the capacity on each category instead and leave the event with no cap.

Turn on multiple registration
On the Event Dashboard, select Configuration → Registration Categories and open the Advanced tab. Turn on Allow Multiple Registration and select Save.

Add a multi-registration discount
Select Add multi-registration discount. Enter the Discount Name, which shows in the cart and on the receipt, the Discount Amount and the Discount Type: Value or Percentage.

Set how many registrations trigger it
Enter the minimum and maximum number of registrations in the cart. For exactly two, enter 2 and 2. For two or more, enter 2 and a high number such as 20.

Choose per person or per family
Tick Same Participant Required to Trigger Discount for one person’s registrations only. Leave it unticked to count every registration in the cart, such as several children on one account.

Count past registrations, if you want to
Tick Include Past Registrations so a completed registration in this event counts toward the discount. The new registration gets the discount; the earlier one isn’t refunded.

Save
Select Save. The discount appears in the list and applies to every category with a price.
Family discount when each person registers only once
Set up the discount with Same Participant Required to Trigger Discount unticked, then turn off Allow Multiple Registration and save. The family discount keeps working, but nobody can register for more than one category.

Turn on combos
With Allow Multiple Registration on, answer Yes to Do you want to create Category Combos for your registration process?

Add the combo
Select Add new Category Combo. Give it a name and a price, and choose the categories it includes.

Set its place in the list
Use Sort Order to choose where the combo shows among the categories. The top of the list usually works best.

Save
Someone who chooses the combo is registered in each category it includes and pays the combo price once.
