When your event is built and tested, select Submit for review and work through the Configuration Agreement. Uplifter reviews and approves the event in two to five business days.
- Use a passphrase while you build. Search engines can find Club Dashboards and Event Dashboards, so keep a passphrase on until the event is ready.
- Submitting is how you sign the Configuration Agreement. Selecting Submit for review opens it. You sign it once for each event, and there’s no paper agreement.
- Review and approval take two to five business days. Nothing opens to the public until Uplifter approves the event.
- Your payment processor account must be fully activated. Uplifter only activates events linked to an active account. An account that needs action or is still being set up can take up to three weeks to activate.
- Test before you submit. Once the event is submitted or live, registration dates in the future block everyone, even an admin with the passphrase.

Finish the required setup
On the Event Dashboard, select Configuration. Every page under Required Setup needs a check mark: Date & Location, Financials, Contact Information, Registration Page, Listing Categories and Registration Categories. A yellow warning means that page still needs work. Add Registration Rules if registrants need a membership, and forms or agreements if you need them.
-
Test the registration
Run through it with test profiles while the passphrase keeps everyone else out. See Test your registration before going live.
-
Set the listing
In Configuration Overview, turn on Listing Visible and set Valid From and Valid To if you want the event in the directory. See List your event in the directory.
-
Select Submit for review
It’s at the top right of the Event Dashboard. The Configuration Agreement opens.
-
Check each page of the agreement
Select Next to move through General Information (event name, registration link, dates and location), Contact Information, Financial Information (payment processor account, fees and tax), Agreement Terms, Registration Categories (capacity, prices and discounts) and Stores/Add Ons. If something is wrong, select Cancel, fix it on the Event Dashboard and start again.
-
Submit the event
On the last page, review the summary and select Submit for review. If anything in the agreement looks wrong to you, contact Uplifter Support before you submit.
-
Share the registration page
Once Uplifter approves the event and it’s live, select View registration page and share the page’s link.
Next time, clone this event instead of starting over: select Clone registration process, or see Clone an Event Dashboard.
