Find a person, a registration or a membership from one search box, then open the full record.
- Search on one main value, then narrow it with a second field: name, email, date of birth, address, postal code, phone number or member number.
- Dates of birth must be entered as YYYY-MM-DD. An invalid date or phone number is flagged before the search runs.
- Each results section shows five results at a time, with page controls for the rest.
Find a person, a registration or a membership from one search box, then open the full record. Start from the search bar in the top navigation on any page, or open Quick Search in the left menu.
What the results show
Results open on the Quick Search page in up to three sections, each with the same core columns (name, date of birth, email) plus the ones that fit the record.
- Profiles — one per person. A user account holds the account holder's profile and any linked profiles, such as a parent's children.
- Registrations — the events and programs a person is registered in: camps, clinics, competitions.
- Memberships — every membership the person holds, whether annual, 365-day or another type.
Opening a record
Select the external link icon (the square arrow) to open the full record in a new browser tab. In some columns the text itself is a link.
- A profile opens Profile Identity Details, the place to update a person and reach their memberships, registrations, notes and cards.
- A registration opens its registration details page, to edit it, review forms, see the order or resend emails.
- A membership opens Membership Details, with requirements, waivers, purchased products and the member's documents.
Inside a result row, the user account opens the account page, an event name opens that event and a membership organization opens its home page.
Searching faster
- Start with an email address — it's usually unique to one account.
- Add a date of birth or postal code to tell apart two people with the same name.
- Use the member number when you're supporting a provincial or national membership program.
If nothing matches, you'll see "No results found". Too many results? Add a second field rather than retyping the first one.
