Your admin home page: membership counts and trends, plus the menus that lead to every other admin area.
- Every count reflects the Financial Organization and Membership Organization you select. With no Membership Organization selected, both cards show zero.
- Dashboard, Quick Search, Users and Events are on every admin account. Other menus appear only when their product is active, so your menu may be shorter than the list below.
- One person can hold more than one membership, so Active Memberships is often higher than Active Members.

Reading the numbers
Choose a Financial Organization, then a Membership Organization (for example, Annual Membership 2026). The second dropdown doesn't appear if you only have access to one Financial Organization. Make this my default view keeps your choice for next time.
- Active Members — the number of unique people holding an active membership.
- Active Memberships — the number of active memberships in the selected Membership Organization.
- Trend chart — select either card to chart it over Last month, Last 6 months or Last year. Hover over a bar for its date and count.
Moving around
The left navigation menu holds every admin area; collapse or expand it with the icon at the top left. The top navigation bar stays on every page, with the Quick Search bar, the Financial Organization dropdown for switching organizations without leaving the page, the English / French toggle and a shortcut to this knowledge base.
What's in the left menu
- Quick Search — find a person, registration or membership.
- Events — every registration process you run, plus series, sanctioning applications and rosters.
- Clubs — club programs, seasons and affiliations.
- Memberships — membership organizations and the memberships people hold.
- Certifications — course types, evaluations and attendance.
- Results Management — competition results and the structure behind them.
- Users — user accounts and profiles.
- Financials — accounting, orders, refunds, coupons and payment plans.
- Analytics and Reports — organization-wide numbers and reports you can rerun.
- Bulk Registrations — register a whole roster at once.
Accounts with other products active may also see Fundraisers (charities and donation campaigns), Horses, Resources or Messaging.
If you land on your member page instead of the Dashboard, the account you signed in with has no admin access. Sign in with your admin account, or ask your organization's owner to add you.
